Since leading Easy Auto in 2010, Tracy has believed buying a vehicle should be one of the most exciting days of your year—not one of the most stressful. That's why he's constantly looking for new ways to make the experience EASY-er, friendlier, and a whole lot more memorable.
Whether it's creating fun traditions like ringing the EASY Bell, finding better ways to help customers get approved, or simply making sure every person who walks through the door feels welcomed, Tracy is always asking one question:
"How can we make this even better and more EASY?"
For Tracy, selling vehicles has never been the ultimate goal. Building relationships is. He believes every customer deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and genuine appreciation, no matter their credit history or where they are in life.
When he's not searching for the next great vehicle or dreaming up the next marketing idea, he's working behind the scenes to make sure Easy Auto continues to be a place where customers become friends, friends become family, and everyone feels like they belong.
